At FranckRefined, we are committed to ensuring that your luxury timepiece reaches you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (available for orders placed before 2 PM EST)
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
3. International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Processing and Handling
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your timepiece on its journey to you.
6. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we may be unable to ship to certain international destinations due to customs restrictions or other regulatory reasons.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or a replacement.
